When will my order ship?
Barricades are made or prepared after your order is received. Standard processing is generally 7–14 business days before shipment. Full-size Camo and American Flag finishes add 3–5 business days. Processing and carrier transit are separate; checkout delivery estimates are not guarantees.
How much is shipping?
Available shipping methods and charges appear at checkout after you enter your destination. Rates depend on destination, order size, and shipping method.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders may not be cancelled because production or preparation may have begun. Contact us with your order number.
What is your returns policy?
Returns are not accepted for special-order or custom-built products. Custom, painted, or otherwise specially configured barricades are final sale and are not eligible for return. For a question about your specific order, contact us before ordering.
What if my barricade arrives damaged?
Contact us promptly with photos of the product and packaging. Keep both until the claim is resolved. Approved shipping-damage claims are replaced at no cost to you.
Can I buy add-ons separately?
Add-ons are available only with a full-size barricade order. Choose them on the product page. For competition-leg options on other full-size models, contact us; competition legs are standard on Sniper and Breach.
