Order Processing

PTS Barricades are made or prepared after an order is received. Standard processing time is generally 7–14 business days before shipment.

Our goal is always to get your order out as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, product configuration, and special-order options.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout. Shipping options may include standard, expedited, and, where available, international shipping.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, order size, shipping method, and other applicable factors.

Delivery Times

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once an order has shipped, actual delivery time is determined by the shipping carrier.

Weather, holidays, carrier delays, incorrect addresses, and other circumstances outside the control of PTS Barricade LLC may affect delivery.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

PTS Barricade LLC is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or returned shipments resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking information may take some time to update after the carrier receives the shipment.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery.

If your PTS Barricade arrives damaged as a result of shipping, contact PTS Barricade LLC as soon as possible and provide photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

If the damage is confirmed to have occurred during shipment, PTS Barricade LLC will replace the damaged product at no cost to the customer.

Please retain the damaged product and packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Lost or Delivered Packages

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first contact the shipping carrier and check with household members, neighbors, or building management where applicable.

PTS Barricade LLC will reasonably assist with carrier inquiries but cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed by the carrier as delivered.

International Orders

International shipping may be available for certain destinations. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
