Refund policy

Return rules:
Returns are not accepted for special-order or custom-built PTS Barricade products. If your barricade arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact PTS Barricade promptly with photos of the damage. Approved shipping-damage claims will be replaced at no cost to the customer.

Cancellation rules:
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, orders may not be canceled because production or preparation may have begun.

Final sale items:
Custom, painted, or otherwise specially configured barricades are final sale and are not eligible for return.
