4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
After the 24-hour cancellation period, an order may not be canceled because production, preparation, or fulfillment may have begun.
5. Returns and Damaged Shipments
PTS Barricade products may be specially made or configured for individual orders. Special-order and custom-built products are not eligible for return.
If a product arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please contact PTS Barricade LLC promptly and provide photographs documenting the damage. If the claim is approved, PTS Barricade LLC will replace the damaged product at no cost to the customer.
